Assist

• At 3:04 p.m. Thursday, Juneau Police Department assisted a person having mental health issues.

Probation violation

• At 5:47 p.m. Thursday, JPD arrested Blake Miller, 34, for violating conditions of release from jail in the 5900 block of Churchill Way. Alcohol was involved.

• At 1:57 a.m. Friday, JPD remanded Samuel Burrous, 38, to Lemon Creek Correctional Center after his probation officer requested a portable breath test that revealed a 0.101 percent breath alcohol concentration.

Sex crime

• At 2:27 p.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of a sex crime.

Theft

• At 12:23 a.m. Friday, JPD received a report of a burglary on Thane Road. The investigation continues.

• At 8:51 a.m. Friday, JPD received a report of theft on Egan Drive. The investigation continues.

• At 9:08 a.m. Friday, JPD received a report of theft from a vehicle in the 800 block of Glacier Avenue. The investigation continues.

Traffic stop

• At 10:36 p.m. on Thursday, JPR impounded a gold 1994 Subaru Legacy for safekeeping after the driver was deemed unsafe to drive due to a portable breath test that showed .10 percent breath alcohol concentration in the 100 block of Mill Street. No citation was issued.

Trespassing

• At 9:20 a.m. Friday, JPD arrested Dirk Daughtery, 35, and Danielle Roher, 26, for criminal trespassing in the 300 block of Fourth Street. Daughtery was summoned to appear in court and released at the scene. Roher was transported to LCCC due to unrelated warrants.

• At 10:12 a.m. Friday, JPD cited and released Alan Lee, 30, for criminal trespass at Statter Harbor.
