Attempt to Serve

At 2:48 p.m. on Monday, 29-year-old Michael Joey was arrested on Teal Street on a no-bail parole warrant on original charges of second-degree sexual assault and a petition to revoke probation. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Burglary

At 11:19 a.m. on Monday, a 68-year-old female reported a burglary on 12th Street.

Suspicious Activity Vehicle Subject Device

At 7:53 p.m. on Monday, 40-year-old Jessica Bell was arrested on Gastineau Avenue for an apparent drug-related driving under the influence and released pending the issuance of a criminal complaint.

Traffic Stop

At 10:44 p.m. on Monday, a 16-year-old male was cited for minor consuming and a 17-year-old male was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Willoughby Avenue.
