JPD, UAS host crime prevention forum tonight

The Juneau Police Department and the University of Alaska Southeast Alumni and Friends Association are hosting a public forum on crime prevention and safety awareness tonight.

The forum is taking place at the Egan Lecture Hall on the UAS campus, Room 112, from 5:30-7 p.m.

JPD Officers Ken Colon and Lt. David Campbell will be leading the discussion on crime prevention through environmental design.

“Learn how to keep your families, home, and belongings safe by practicing crime prevention through environmental design,” the flier for the event promises.
