Police reports for Sunday, Sept. 4, 2016

Burglary

• At 7:33 p.m. Thursday, Juneau police responded to a report of a past burglary in the 220 block of Crow Hill Drive. Investigation continues.

Child abuse/neglect

• At 9:44 a.m. Friday, a confidential investigation was conducted into a report of child abuse/neglect in the downtown area.

Conditions violation

• At 5:16 p.m. Thursday, Brandon Breslin, 21, was arrested for unlawful contact in the 600 block of Willoughby Ave. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Disturbance

• At 5:55 p.m. Thursday, Olen Nordgren, 27, was arrested on a $20,000 warrant for failing to comply with conditions of his probation and additionally charged with driving without a valid license in the 9100 block of Glacier Highway. The vehicle was impounded.

Driving violation

• At 6:05 p.m. Thursday, a 38-year-old man was cited for driving without a valid license in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

Found property

• At 4:39 p.m. Thursday, Juneau police continued investigating a report of Native art found in the 1400 block of Harbor Way.

• At 11:47 p.m. Thursday, a set of keys were placed in safekeeping found in the 10000 block of Dawson Place.

Harassment

• At 1:48 p.m. Thursday, a 67-year-old man reported receiving harassing phone calls and voice messages from an unknown person in the 400 block of F Street.

Shoplifting

• At 2:25 p.m. Thursday, an investigation continued into the theft of $400 worth of food products in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.

Theft

• At 11:08 a.m. Friday, a 38-year-old man reported a theft in the Juneau area.

Vehicle accident

• At 3:22 p.m. Thursday, Juneau police responded to a three-car accident in the 8800 block of Egan Drive. One vehicle was totaled, one was disabled and one was undamaged.
