Conditions violation

• At 2:13 p.m. Sunday, the Juneau Police Department investigated a report of a condition of release violation in the 300 block of Village Street.

Criminal trespass

• At 7:09 a.m. Monday, Alan Lee, 30, was cited and released for criminal trespass at the University of Alaska Southeast.

Fire and medical

• On Monday, Capital City Fire/Rescue responded to 13 EMS calls, one medical transport call, an active carbon monoxide detector on Emily Way, a vehicle fire on Mill Street, and a call to Crow Hill Drive for a person stuck in a deck railing. CCFR crews were able to remove part of the railing and free the person; no medical care was required.

Mental subject

• At 11:33 a.m. Monday, JPD assisted a subject having mental health issues.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 1:21 p.m. Sunday, JPD investigated a damage-only hit-and-run in the 29500 block of Glacier Highway.

Theft

• At 6:23 p.m. Sunday, JPD investigated a theft of property valued at $130 from the area of Gold Creek in the 800 block of F Street.

Vehicle theft

• At 11 a.m. Monday, Michael Whiting, 46, took a vehicle from a car dealership in the 1900 block of Crest Street without the vehicle owner’s permission, and when contacted by police, he provided a false name. Whiting was arrested for first-degree vheicle theft and false information, and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
