Assault

• At 8:27 p.m. Friday, Juneau Police Department investigated an assault at a business in the 2800 block of Riverside Drive.

Burglary

• At 2:01 p.m. Friday, JPD received a report of a burglary of a business in the 400 block of 11th Street.

Drug activity

• At 2:27 p.m. Friday, JPD opened a confidential investigation into a report of drug activity in the Juneau area.

• At 4:36 p.m. Friday, JPD continued a confidential investigation into drug activity in the Juneau area.

Fight

• At 3:28 p.m. Friday, a fight broke out in the Viking Lounge causing at least one person to dispense bear spray inside. JPD is still investigating the fight.

Sex crime

• At 12:44 p.m. Friday, JPD opened a confidential investigation into a sex crime in the Juneau area.

Theft

• At 1:25 p.m. Friday, JPD received a report that a bright green, power-operated foldable bicycle was stolen from the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.

• At 12:03 p.m. Friday, JPD received a report of a theft in the 1600 block of Glacier Avenue.

• At 5:27 p.m. Friday, JPD received a report of shoplifting from a downtown business in the 200 block of Front Street.

• At 6:35 p.m. Friday, JPD continued an investigation into theft of a company vehicle from the 1200 block of Glacier Avenue. The vehicle was later recovered.

• At 11:54 a.m. Saturday, JPD continued an investigation into the theft of a purse in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road.

Vehicle trespass

• At 7:49 p.m. Friday, JPD arrested Thomas Berner, 62, for criminal trespass in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway. Berner was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center and held on $50 bail.
