Burglary

• At 1 p.m. Monday, the Juneau Police Department received a report of a burglary, criminal mischief and theft from a private facility in the 1300 block of Harbor Way.

• At 4:30 p.m. Monday, the Juneau Police Department responded to a burglary in the 100 block of Shattuck Way, and Michael Hoyt, 38, was arrested for criminal trespass at a local business. Hoyt was also arrested for concealment of merchandise from two businesses, one in the 200 block of Front Street and another in the 100 block of Franklin Street. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center on $150 bail. Alcohol was involved.

• At 11:55 a.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of a burglary at a business in the 200 block of Seward Street.

Conditions violation

• At 6:50 a.m. Tuesday, JPD investigated a reported conditions violation in the 8100 block of Threadneedle Street.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 10:40 a.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of a hit-and-run in the 4400 block of Riverside Drive. Damage only.

Sexual assault

• At 12:37 p.m. Monday, JPD investigated a sexual assault in the Juneau area.

Shoplift

• At 2:36 p.m. Monday, Timothy Lopez, 36, was cited for shoplifting from a local business in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue. He was also arrested on an outstanding $300 Alaska State Trooper warrant and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Suspicious activity

• At 11:38 a.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of an attempted theft from a vehicle parked in the downtown library parking garage in the 200 block of Marine Way.

Trespass

• At 10:26 a.m. Tuesday, JPD investigated someone trespassing on private property in the 400 block of Franklin Street.

• At 11:07 a.m. Tuesday, a 49-year-old woman reported two people damaged a door and trespassed on private property in the 200 block of Front Street.

Vandalism

• At 1:23 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to a reported vandalism of a vehicle on Amalga Street.

Warrant arrest

• At 5:53 a.m. Tuesday, Dirk Suson Daugherty, 35, was arrested on 10 outstanding warrants for his arrest in the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive. He was taken to LCCC.

Welfare check

• At 7:57 a.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to a welfare check in the 10300 block of Glacier Highway and arrested Christopher J. Clark, 31, on two JPD warrants.
