Attempt to Serve

At 1:24 p.m. on Sunday, 33-year-old Michele Berzanske was arrested on Crest Street on a warrant for violating conditions of release for the original charge of second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and was then taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Conditions Violation

At 4:44 p.m. on Sunday, Juneau Police Department received a report of a conditions violation in the Juneau area.

Driving While Intoxicated

At 4:55 p.m. on Sunday, 52-year-old Monica Dunn was arrested on Glacier Highway for driving under influence. She was taken to LCCC.

Motor Vehicle Crash without Injury

At 8:01 a.m. on Monday, a 41-year-old man reported a minor motor vehicle crash involving a city vehicle and a 2014 Ford pickup.

Sex Crime

At 4:34 p.m. on Sunday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into a reported sexual assault in the Juneau area. It was determined that alcohol was a factor in this case.
