Assault

• At 6:45 a.m. on Monday, 23-year-old River Eugene Parrish was cited and released for assault on the 200 block of Franklin Street.

• At 10:53 a.m. on Monday, 47-year-old Lisa Lana Kuhr was arrested for assault, false report and violating conditions of release on the 800 block of Dixon Street and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Disorderly conduct

• At 3:23 a.m. on Monday, 74-year-old James George Brouillette Jr. was arrested for disorderly conduct on the 8800 block of Egan Drive and taken to LCCC.

Driving While Intoxicated

• At 11:16 p.m. on Sunday, 39-year-old Simon Joel Goodrich was arrested for driving while intoxicated on the 2200 block of Trout Street and taken to LCCC.

Harassment

• At 8:06 a.m. on Monday, a 32-year-old man reported another man was harassing him on the 300 block of Village Street.

Theft

• At 7:29 a.m. on Monday, a 32-year-old man reported the theft of a handgun that was later found on the 1500 block of Third Street.
