Domestic violence
• At 2:25 p.m. Sunday, the Juneau Police Department conducted a confidential investigation into a reported sexual assault in the Juneau area. Alcohol was a factor.
• At 3 a.m. Monday, JPD arrested a 38-year-old man in the Juneau area for domestic violence assault. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and held on no bail.
Drunken driving
• At 11:37 p.m. Sunday, JPD arrested Jeffrey B. Lacey, 38, in the 200 block of Front Street for driving under the influence. His blood-alcohol percentage was 0.363. He was taken to LCCC and his vehicle was impounded.
Shoplifting
• At 12:53 p.m. Sunday, JPD arrested Tyler J. Leatham, 25, in the 8700 block of Glacier Highway for assault and larceny. Letham was taken to LCCC and held on no bail.
Theft
• At 4:39 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the 2500 block of Teslin Street to investigate the report of a man, 43, who reported the theft of fishing equipment and tools. Investigation continues.
• At 7:38 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 9000 block of Long Run Drive to investigate the report of a theft.
• At 7:07 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 5200 block of Glacier Highway to investigate the reported theft of tools. Investigation continues.
• At 10:14 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 100 block of Franklin Street to investigate the report of a woman, 74, who reported a theft.
