Police calls for Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2019

Assault

• At 5:47 p.m. Sunday, the Juneau Police Department responded to the area of Egan Drive to investigate the report of a fight between two men. Alcohol was a factor. JPD will forward charges of disorderly conduct to the District Attorney’s Office.

Domestic violence

• At 12:36 p.m. Sunday, JPD arrested a 26-year-old man in the Juneau area for domestic violence assault and interfering with the report of a domestic violence crime. Alcohol was a factor. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• At 1:36 a.m. Monday, JPD arrested a 52-year-old woman in the Juneau area for domestic violence criminal mischief. Alcohol was a factor. She was taken to LCCC.

Sex crime

• At 11:02 p.m. Sunday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into the report of sexual assault of a minor.

• At 11:26 p.m. Sunday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into the report of sexual assault of a minor.

• At 11:35 p.m. Sunday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into the report of sexual assault of a minor.

• At 11:38 p.m. Sunday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into the report of sexual assault of a minor.

Shoplifting

• At 11:32 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 2200 block of Trout Street to investigate the report of a 25-year-old woman stealing a bottle of alcohol from a business. Investigation continues.

Theft

• At 12:30 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the 8100 block of Glacier Highway to investigate the report of a 39-year-old woman who reported the theft of a jacket, purse and iPhone worth an estimated $500. Investigation continues.

Warrant arrest

• At 12:57 a.m. Monday, JPD arrested Wylie Guy, 32, in the 4000 block of Vintage Boulevard on four outstanding JPD warrants for violating conditions of release, failing to appear for arraignment (original charge of criminal trespass), failing to appear for arraignment (original charge of criminal mischief) and failing to appear for arraignment (original charge of providing a false identity to police). Guy was taken to LCCC.
