Child Abuse or Neglect

At 2:17 p.m. on Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department began a confidential investigation into a report of child abuse.

Death Investigation

At 6:22 a.m. on Tuesday, JPD began an investigation into the death of a 63-year-old man. His death is not considered to be suspicious and next of kin has been notified.

Driving While License Revoked

At 1 p.m. on Tuesday, 39-year-old Rachelle Carson was arrested on Cinema Drive for driving while license revoked and violating conditions of release. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center

Motor Vehicle Collision

At 9:37 p.m. on Tuesday, a 2012 Dodge van driven by a 46-year-old man struck and destroyed a guardrail on Glacier Highway. No injuries were reported.

Theft

At 12:43 p.m. on Tuesday, 38-year-old Elijah Harris was cited and released on Willoughby Avenue for larceny.

Trespass

At 9:51 a.m. on Tuesday, 35-year-old Halee Parr was arrested on Amalga Street for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release. She was taken to LCCC.

At 1:35 p.m. on Tuesday, a man reported a 36-year-old woman trespassed at his residence on Meander Way.
