Assault

At 9:25 p.m. on Friday, a 28-year-old man was arrested for multiple counts of domestic violence- assault and domestic violence- reckless endangerment and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and held without bail. Alcohol was a factor.

At 7:23 p.m. on Saturday, a 40-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence- assault and taken to LCCC.

Burglary

At 2:30 a.m. on Friday, 35-year-old Kevin Douglas Stafford was arrested for criminal trespass and criminal mischief on the 1100 block of Slim Williams Way and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Conditions violation

At 4:16 p.m. on Thursday, a 35-year-old woman reported a 38-year-old man violated a protective order.

At 6:32 p.m. on Friday, JPD received a report of a 20-year-old man violating a domestic violence protective order.

Disturbance

At 8:01 p.m. on Thursday, JPD. responded to a disturbance involving a 44-year-old man on Egan Drive. Alcohol was a factor.

At 6:35 p.m. on Friday, JPD received a report of an altercation between a 51-year-old woman and a 26-year-old.

Driving while intoxicated

At 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, 19-year-old Mary Jane Ashley Fairchild was arrested for driving under the influence in the 2400 block of Mendenhall Loop Road and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

At 12:47 a.m. on Saturday, 28-year-old Karla Martina Lobaugh was arrested for driving under the influence in the 2300 block of Mendenhall Loop Road and released pending the processing of a blood draw. The vehicle she was driving was impounded.

At 1:12 a.m. on Sunday, 21-year-old Jaden George Paul was arrested for driving under the influence after the vehicle he was driving rolled on its side in the 3800 block of Mendenhall Loop Road and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

At 8:06 a.m. on Sunday, 34-year-old Dawn Elaine Keck was arrested for driving under the influence in the 2200 block of Trout Street and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor. The vehicle she was driving was impounded.

Lost/found

At 3:39 p.m. on Friday, a phone found on the 300 block of Seward Street was turned in to JPD.

Motor vehicle crash

At 3:16 p.m. on Thursday, a bus driven by a 62-year-old woman was involved in a crash with a 2021 Honda driven by a 36-year-old woman in the 9500 block of Egan Drive. No damage was reported.

At 5:58 a.m. on Friday, a 2011 Ram driven by a 67-year-old man was involved in a crash with a 2015 Nissan driven by a 59-year-old man in the 8900 block of Yandukin Drive. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

Theft

At 8:02 p.m. on Friday, a 26-year-old man reported the theft of a cellphone in the 9200 block of Cinema Drive.

At 11:47 a.m. on Sunday, a 30-year-old man reported a theft on the 9300 block of Glacier Highway.

Trespass

At 6 a.m. on Friday, 49-year-old John Lee Salyers was arrested for criminal trespass into a vehicle on the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

At 8:25 a.m. on Sunday, 27-year-old Ryan Matthew Travelstead was cited and released for trespassing at a local business on the 8700 block of Teal Street.

Vandalism

At 9:25 a.m. on Friday, a 56-year-old woman reported damage to a local business in the 7700 block of Glacier Highway.

Warrant arrest

At 10:20 p.m. on Thursday, 30-year-old Jorge Adrian Pacheco Jr. was arrested on a JPD warrant on the 300 block of Vintage Boulevard and taken to LCCC.

At 4:29 a.m. on Friday, 39-year-old Justin Wayne Ridinger was arrested on JPD warrants in the 900 block of 10th Street and taken to LCCC.

At 8:39 a.m. on Saturday, a 35-year-old man was arrested on an Alaska State Troopers warrant and additionally charged with unlawful contact and violating conditions of release and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

At 10:51 p.m. on Saturday, 60-year-old Thomas Melvin Bell was arrested on two JPD warrants and additionally charged with violating conditions of release in the 8700 block of Teal Street and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.
