At 11:49 p.m. on Sunday, 47-year-old Sidney Wayne Speers was arrested on Tenth Street on an Alaska State Troopers warrant for assault and was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Drug Activity

At 2:34 a.m. on Monday, 32-year-old Devonne Merculief was arrested in the Juneau area for driving under the influence and fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. At the same time and place, 30-year-old Travis Richards was arrested on a Juneau Police Warrant and both were taken to LCCC.

Violating conditions of release

At 6:05 p.m. on Sunday, 52-year-old Mary Ann Bailey was arrested on Gastineau Avenue for two counts of violating conditions of release.

Welfare Check

At 11:40 p.m. on Monday, JPD responded to a report of a disturbance on 2nd Street.
