Burglary
• At 7:37 a.m. on Monday, a 60-year-old woman reported a burglary that happened over the weekend on the 9000 block of Glacier Highway.
Theft
• At 2:24 p.m. on Monday, a 62-year-old man reported his cellphone was stolen from his residence on the 400 block of Willoughby Avenue.
Traffic stop
• At 9:03 p.m. on Monday, 30-year-old Shayne Ian Howard was cited and released for driving without a valid license on Channel Drive.
• At 10:11 p.m. on Monday, 25-year-old Joseph Toni Russel Torres was cited and released for driving without a valid license on Shattuck Way.
