Driving without a license

At 9:47 a.m. Wednesday 33-year-old Luis Morato-Felipe was cited and released for driving without a license in the 1800 block of Northwood Drive. The vehicle was impounded.

Outstanding warrants

At 1:16 p.m. Tuesday, 29-year-old Blade Alexander Lee Aycock was arrested in the 100 block of Franklin Street on two outstanding Juneau Police Department warrants.

Traffic complaint

At 4:23 p.m. on Tuesday, a 39-year-old woman reported people throwing water balloons from a moving vehicle in the 1300 block of Glacier Highway.
