Police calls for Thursday, Aug. 4, 2016

Burglary

• At 8:10 a.m. Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department received a report of a burglary in the 1100 block of Calhoun Avenue.

Domestic violence

• At 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, JPD arrested a 42-year-old man for domestic violence assault in the Juneau area. Alcohol was involved.

Shoplifting

• At 10:03 p.m. Monday, JPD cited and released Danielle Roher, 26, for shoplifting in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.

Theft

• At 2:55 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report of a broken mirror in the 200 block of Marine Way. Investigation continues.

• At 3:44 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report of a theft from a business in the 400 block of Third Street. Investigation continues.

• At 11:52 a.m. Monday, a 58-year-old man reported that his cellphone was stollen by a known 24-year-old woman in the 6300 block of Glacier Highway. Alcohol was involved.

• At 8:10 a.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of a theft in the 1100 block of Calhoun Avenue. Investigation continues.

Trespassing

• At 8:33 p.m. Monday, JPD created a case for a trespassing incident in the 1500 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 8:16 a.m. Tuesday, JPD cited and released Alan Jeffrey Lee, 30, for criminal trespassing in the 11100 block of Glacier Highway.

Warrant served

• At 9:42 a.m. Tuesday, JPD arrested Crystal Dawn Brazell, 32, in the 1100 block of Calhoun Avenue on a $250 Sitka Police Department warrant for failure to appear in court on an original charge of misconduct involving a controlled substance. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• At 9:42 a.m. Tuesday, JPD arrested Matthew Scott Hartshorn, 21, in the 1100 block of Calhoun Avenue on a $250 Sitka Police Department warrant for failure to appear in court on an original charge of failing to appear for an arraignment, trespassing, violating the terms of his release and misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was taken to LCCC.
