Burglary

• At 10:54 p.m. Wednesday, the Juneau Police Department arrested Alexandria Bennett-Snyder, 25, in the 1900 block of Glacier Avenue for criminal trespass.

Child abuse/neglect

• At 5:54 p.m. Wednesday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into possible child abuse in the Juneau area.

Domestic violence

• At 2:33 p.m. Wednesday, JPD arrested a 36-year-old man in the Juneau area for unlawful contact as well as violating conditions of release. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• At 8:18 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to a report of an assault in the Juneau area. Alcohol was a factor. Investigation continues.

Drug misconduct

• At 10:41 a.m. Thursday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into drug activity in the Juneau area.

Drunken driving

• At 8:46 p.m. Wednesday, JPD arrested Sandra Marie Haldane, 54, in the 4000 block of Vintage Boulevard for driving under the influence and having a blood-alcohol content of over 0.08 percent. The vehicle she was driving was impounded and she was taken to LCCC and held on $500 bail.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 11:07 a.m. Thursday, JPD responded to a single-vehicle crash in the 13400 block of Glacier Highway involving a 2011 Toyota Prius. The driver, a 58-year-old man, was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital to have his injuries treated. Alcohol was not a factor. Investigation continues.

Suspicious activity

• At 3:51 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to the 3200 block of Hospital Drive for suspicious activity. Mental health issues might have been a factor.

Theft

• At 12:45 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to the 100 block of Arctic Circle to investigate the report of a theft.

• At 1:38 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to a reported vehicle theft in the Juneau area. Investigation continues.

• At 4:44 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to the 3000 block of Dimond Park Loop to investigate the report of a woman, 27, who reported a theft.

• At 10:06 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to the 3900 block of Portage Boulevard to investigate the reported theft of property valued at about $740.

• At 12:49 a.m. Thursday, JPD responded to the 200 block of Gastineau Avenue to investigate the report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was later recovered by the owner.

• At 9:29 a.m. Thursday, JPD arrested Mark Albert Brown, 52, in the 200 block of Franklin Street for second-degree robbery. Alcohol was a factor. Brown was taken to LCCC and held without bail.

Trespassing

• At 3:05 p.m. Wednesday, JPD forwarded charges of criminal trespass at Fred Meyer against a man, 31.

Vandalism

• At 9:34 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to the 3200 block of Hospital Drive to investigate the report of a man, 62, who reported criminal mischief.
