Police calls for Sunday, April 7, 2019

Disorderly conduct

• At 1:27 p.m. Thursday, the Juneau Police Department arrested Leighton Lowe, 18, in the 10600 block of Black Bear Road for disorderly conduct after JPD responded to the report of a fight. Lowe was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Driving under the influence

• At 9:50 p.m. Thursday, JPD arrested Michael Norheim, 21, in the 2200 block of Trout Street for an apparent drug-related driving under the influence. Norheim was released pending issuance of a criminal complaint. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 2:02 p.m. Thursday, JPD responded to the report of a 52-year-old man who reported his vehicle was involved in a hit and run in the Juneau area.

• At 7:25 p.m. Thursday, JPD responded to the 400 block of Franklin Street to investigate the report of a 34-year-old woman who reported her 2011 Honda Pilot had been hit and damaged while parked.

Theft

• At 10:45 p.m. Thursday, JPD responded to the 2300 block of Mendenhall Loop Road to investigate the report of an 18-year-old man who reported a gray or black Lenovo yoga laptop valued at an estimated $1,000 was stolen from his car.

Trespassing

• At 9:20 a.m. Friday, JPD cited and released Alan Lee, 33, in the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive for trespassing on City and Borough of Juneau property.
