Assault

At 5:17 a.m. on Monday, a woman was arrested in the Juneau area for assault, violating conditions of release and unlawful contact. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Case Created

At 1:59 p.m. on Monday, a case was created for training purposes on Alaway Avenue.

Death Investigation

At 1:08 p.m. on Monday, the Juneau Police Department began a death investigation on Northwood Drive. No details were shared as next of kin was not notified.

Trespass

At 7:07 a.m. on Monday, 31-year-old Kier Vergara was arrested on Teal Street for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC.

At 6:58 p.m. on Monday, 63-year-old Donald Frederick Allan was cited and released on Glacier Highway for trespass. Alcohol was a factor.

At 8:06 p.m. on Monday, 63-year-old Donald Frederick Allan was arrested on Teal Street for criminal trespass. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

At 10:53 p.m. on Monday, a woman was arrested for domestic violence criminal trespass in the Juneau area. She was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was involved.

Unlawful Contact

At 2:08 p.m. on Monday, JPD began an investigation into a possible unlawful contact and violation of conditions of release in the Juneau area.
