Police calls for Monday, Aug. 29, 2016

Assault

• At 7:32 p.m. Friday, a 37-year-old man reported an assault in the 8200 block of Counterpane Lane. Alcohol was involved.

Burglary

• At 1:58 a.m. Saturday, a 30-year-old man reported an unknown person inside his residence stealing items. The suspect fled after leaving some items behind. Investigation continues.

Domestic violence

• At 4:19 a.m. Saturday, Juneau Police Department received a report of broken down door in the Juneau area related to a domestic violence issue. Alcohol was involved. Investigation continues.

• At 5:08 a.m. Saturday, JPD received a report of a domestic violence assault in the Juneau area. Alcohol was involved. Investigation continues.

Drunken driving

• At 3:03 a.m. Saturday, JPD arrested Christopher Luck, 22, for driving under the influence in the 6800 block of Glacier Highway. He provided a breath alcohol content sample of .212. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and later released on his own recognizance.

Reckless endangerment

• At 8:23 p.m. Friday, JPD cited and released Tyson Kenneth, 47, for reckless endangerment on Glacier Highway Access Road. He was also cited for driving with a revoked license and travelling 94 MPH in a 55 MPH driving zone.

Shoplifting

• At 9:32 a.m. Saturday, JPD received a report that $300 worth of merchandise was shoplifted from a business in the 300 block of Franklin Street.

Theft

• At 3:24 p.m. Friday, JPD received a report of stolen clothing from an apartment laundry room in the 300 block of Fourth Street. Investigation continues.

• At 9:28 a.m. Saturday, JPD received a report of a stolen bike in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue. Investigation continues.

• At 6:58 a.m. Saturday, JPD received a report that a Honda Passport was stolen in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive. Investigation continues.
