Assault

• At 7:36 p.m. Wednesday, 56-year-old Charles Frank Fawcett was arrested for assault on the 100 block of Franklin Street and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

Domestic dispute

• At 9:23 a.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of a 32-year-old woman damaging a window on the 1800 block of Northwood Drive.

Drunken driving

• At 12:55 p.m. Wednesday, 50-year-old David Alan Pizer was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a breath alcohol content of .203 on the 400 block of Willoughby Avenue and taken to LCCC. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Theft

• At 8:40 p.m. Wednesday, a 51-year-old man reported a dirt bike stolen on the 9500 block of Speel Way.

Trespassing

• At 4: 32 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to a report of someone trespassing in an apartment on the 400 block of Third Street.
