Rainforest Islands Ferry to re-launch April 15
The North End Ferry Authority voted to start service on April 15, 2016, for the Rainforest Islands Ferry.
Four times a week, for a projected 26 weeks, the Rainforest Islands Ferry’s new public passenger/vehicle and parcel service will connect Wrangell, Petersburg – via South Mitkof – and Prince of Wales Island – via Coffman Cove. It will depart every Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
The Rainforest Islands Ferry features lounge seating with food and beverage service.
