JAHC calls for art applications

The Juneau Arts & Humanities Council has opened their application acceptance for the 2016-2017 JAHC Gallery Season. The call for art is open to all Alaskan residents, be it individuals, duos or groups or organizations. Preference is given to Southeast Alaskan residents, particularly JAHC members in good standing.

Alaskan Artists interested in exhibiting in the Council Gallery may submit applications through entrythingy.com. Applications will be due 5 p.m. on Friday, April 15 along with the $40 fee (may be waived for members in good standing). Decisions will be made by the JAHC Board of Trustees by June 1. Selections are made in June for the following October 2016 through September 2017, and that January 2017, February 2017, and April 2017 are pre-booked for community exhibits.
