Alaska Robotics will be hosting a camp for professional and aspiring artists as part of its upcoming Comic Convention in April in Juneau. The camp will include three nights of workshops, hangouts and conversations with a group of prestigious guests, including Kazu Kibuishi, Kate Beaton, Ryan North, Raina Telgemeier, Vera Brosgol, Molly Lewis, Jon Klassen, Tony Cliff and others. The camp is open to a very limited number of attendees, about 35. If you want to attend, or know someone who does, applications are due Feb. 8.
The comic convention is scheduled for April 23 at the Juneau Arts & Culture Center, and the artist camp will be held April 24 and 25.
