Beau Schooler nominated in Restaurant and Chef Awards

On Feb. 17, the James Beard Foundation released its 2016 list of Restaurant and Chef Awards semifinalists, naming Beau Schooler of the Rookery in the category of Rising Star Chef of the Year.

To make this category, a chef has to be 30 or younger and display both talent and a likelihood of making a significant impact of the industry in years to come.

This is Schooler’s second nomination for a Beard Award.
