I am writing in support of the charter amendment for the Oct. 3 municipal election that will keep more Juneau contractors and construction companies working. In the end, more flexibility in the competitive bidding process will result in more of our tax dollars staying in Juneau and circulating in the local economy. Please support Proposition 2 on Oct. 3.
