Opinion: Silence by Alaska’s Congressional Delegation on Mueller Report is noted

Alaskans who have examined the Mueller Report feel that an inquiry into impeachment of President Donald Trump is in order. He is doing untold damage to our country, commands subordinates to lie, and ignores Congressional subpoenas. How can we tolerate 18 more months of these antics?

The silence of Alaska’s U.S. Sens. Lisa Murkowski and Dan Sullivan, and Rep. Don Young on these matters is noted. Inquiries into impeachment for Attorney General William Barr and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin are also in order. They show contempt for Congress and also ignore Congressional subpoenas. Barr misrepresented the Mueller Report and to date has not released an unredacted copy of the report to Congress. This behavior defies the parameters of our constitution. Our congressional leaders must hold a town hall meeting in Juneau.
