From where I am sitting in New York state, it appears to me that Lisa Murkowski is selling out, and for what? Short-term gain for $ome and a lot of loss for others. I am speaking of the proposed Arctic drilling, mining and then abandonment. Someone else will have to clean up the mess, and don’t count on the EPA for any help. The Arctic ecosystem is very fragile, and tampering with it will put it at very high risk. Maybe, you are thinking that a person from New York state should mind their own business, but actually everything is interconnected. Planet Earth is small.
California is burning, Greenland is melting, glaciers are disappearing. Yes, I know, certain Alaskans think they know best for the rest of us and those to come. Do they really know? — I have a $trong feeling this is all about ca$h.
