Please take down the anti-choice flag displayed at the governor’s mansion. I have lived in Alaska for 24 years. That flag does not represent my views. Your predecessor, Sean Parnell had a campaign “Choose Respect.” At the heart of it, it asked every man, women and child in Alaska to choose to respect one another. The aim was to “change hearts and minds.” To change the unfortunate norm of domestic violence in Alaska.
Please Choose Respect and respect every woman’s intelligence to make the best choice about their body.
Take down the flag, it’s disrespectful to all women.
