The “Run Fur Fun, Wag Your Tail, Hit the Trail” race is Saturday, April 22 at 11 a.m.
Participants can run solo or with their leashed dogs in a 5-kilometer or 1-mile race at the Mendenhall Campground on Skaters Cabin Road.
Registration is $20 (18 and up) or $5 which can be completed 30 minutes prior to race time. Race proceeds benefit the Gastineau Humane Society.
