Update: Sunday edition to be delivered with Tuesday’s paper

This notice has been updated to reflect a later delivery date.

The Sunday, June 6, 2021, edition of the Juneau Empire was not printed at its usual time due to severe mechanical challenges.

The e-edition of the paper is available online at https://juneauempire-ak.newsmemory.com/landing.php and via the Juneau Empire app.

After many hours spread across multiple days to address the press problems, the paper was printed in black and white as of Monday afternoon.

The Tuesday, June 8, 2021, edition of the paper is expected to be printed at the usual time and in color.

The Sunday edition will be delivered with the Tuesday edition.

The Empire apologizes for the inconvenience.
