Alarm

At 3:51 a.m. Saturday, the Juneau Police Department responded to an intrusion alarm in the 200 block of Front Street.

Assault

At 2:11 a.m. Sunday, JPD responded to a reported assault in the 200 block of Front Street.

Condition violation

At 4:27 p.m. Friday, JPD arrested a 42-year-old man in the Juneau area for reportedly violating a domestic violence restraining order.

Criminal mischief

At 8:55 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a fight in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive and opened an investigation into criminal mischief.

Disturbance

At 5:30 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a report of a 32-year-old woman creating a disturbance in the 2400 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.

Domestic violence

At 5:31 p.m. Friday, JPD arrested a 63-year-old man in the Juneau area for assault domestic violence; he was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

At 9 a.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a reported fight in the downtown area that reportedly involved domestic violence and alcohol.

At 6:03 p.m. Friday, JPD responded to a report of a domestic dispute in the Juneau area.

Drunken driving

At 12:57 a.m. Sunday, JPD arrested Pablo Campa, 25, for DUI in the 2000 block of Jordan Avenue; he was taken to LCCC and his vehicle was impounded.

Fire and medical

On Friday, Capital City Fire/Rescue responded to nine EMS calls and one medical transport in the area throughout the day.

On Saturday, CCFR responded to 10 EMS calls and two medical transports. At 3:01 a.m., firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on Riverside Drive, which was extinguished and investigated. At 9:10 a.m., they were dispatched to a fire alarm on Jordan Avenue, but found no sign of smoke or fire.

On Sunday, CCFR responded to 14 EMS calls and three medical transports.

Hit and run

At 12:19 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a reported hit and run collision in the 9400 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.

Motor vehicle collision

At 12:37 p.m. Saturday, JPD received a report from a 65-year-old man in the 1000 block of Third Street that he struck a light fixture inside a parking structure.

Shoplifting

At 5:10 p.m. Friday, JPD responded to a theft of food from the Super Bear grocery store in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road.

At 6:49 p.m. Friday, JPD responded to a shoplifting report in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway and cited Lechoa Maka, 19, for reportedly shoplifting $119 in grocery items from Fred Meyer.

At 8 p.m. Friday, JPD responded to a shoplifting report in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.

Theft

At 5:01 p.m. Friday, JPD responded to a reported larceny in the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive.

At 8:24 p.m. Friday, JPD responded to a report by a 42-year-old woman in the 3100 block of Dimond Park Loop regarding the theft of an iPhone and clothing.

At 3:27 a.m. Saturday, JPD received a report of a stolen backpack in the 100 block of Marine Way.

At 8:54 a.m. Saturday, JPD received a report from a 39-year-old woman in the 300 block of Fourth Street regarding the theft of two wallets, clothing and food from her apartment.

At 12:23 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a report of a stolen bike in the 500 block of Franklin Street.

At 10:03 a.m. Sunday, JPD received a report from a 73-year-old woman in the 2500 block of Channel Vista Drive regarding the theft of a crab pot from outside her residence.

At 10:04 a.m. Sunday, JPD received a report from a 21-year-old woman that a friend had placed her belongings on the side of Douglas Highway and the items had disappeared.

Trespassing

At 9:40 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a request for a welfare check in the 300 block of Gastineau Avenue and cited Clinton Kearney, 45, for criminal trespass.

Vandalism

At 12:18 a.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a report of vandalism to a vehicle at Sealaska Plaza.

Vehicle fire

At 3:01 a.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a vehicle fire in the 3300 block of Riverside Drive.

Vehicle rifling

At 3:13 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a report of a theft from a parked trailer on Shaune Drive.

Vehicle theft

At 10:29 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a report of the theft of a Ford Focus in the 9100 block of Glacier Highway; the vehicle was later located and returned to its owner.

At 9:41 a.m. Sunday, JPD responded to a report of a Ford 15-passenger van being stolen from a car rental business in the 2400 block of Industrial Boulevard.
