Assault

• At 12:18 p.m. Monday, the Juneau Police Department responded to a report of an assault in the 200 block of Front Street in which alcohol was involved; investigation continues.

• At 1:37 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to a report of an assault in the 2700 block of Roger Street; investigation continues.

Disturbance

• At 9:55 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of Egan Drive and arrested River Parrish, 20, for disorderly conduct after reports that he tried to fight construction workers; alcohol was involved.

Domestic dispute

• At 6:20 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to a domestic dispute in the Juneau area and arrested a 46-year-old man for domestic violence assault, as well as for a probation violation due to his intoxication.

• At 6:27 a.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to a report of two people fighting in the 8700 block of Glacier Highway; the report was unfounded.

• At 8:35 a.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to a domestic dispute in the Juneau area and arrested a 34-year-old woman for domestic violence assault; alcohol was involved.

Drunken driving

• At 10:40 p.m. Monday, JPD arrested John Neil Gallagher, 41, for driving under the influence in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway; he was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Fire and medical

• On Tuesday, Capital City Fire/Rescue responded to four EMS calls and one medical transport in the area throughout the day.

Fraud

• At 1:22 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to a fraud report in the 100 block of Franklin Street; investigation continues.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 11:58 a.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to a vehicle collision in the 8800 block of Egan Drive. A Mitsubishi Eclipse being driven by Justin W. Pope, 22, reportedly veered off the road and damaged a street light; Pope was cited for careless driving.

Shoplifting

• At 2:34 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to a shoplifting report in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue and cited William Hitchens, 26, for larceny.

• At 11:50 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to a report of a man stealing about $100 in groceries from Safeway.

• At 11:22 a.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to a shoplifting report in the 8600 block of Teal Street.

Theft

• At 2:52 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report from a man in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive regarding a theft from his home.

• At 4:38 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to a report by a 69-year-old man in the 8700 block of Glacier Highway regarding the theft of a locked Infiniti from a parking lot; it was recovered parked a short distance away.

• At 5:32 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to a report of a theft from a business in the 8300 block of Old Dairy Road; investigation continues.

• At 9:13 a.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to a theft report in the 200 block of Franklin Street.

Trespassing

• At 5:32 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to a report of a man trespassing in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.
