Assist

• At 11:48 a.m. Wednesday, the Juneau Police Department assisted another agency in the 1000 block of Salmon Creek Lane.

• At 11:12 p.m. Wednesday, JPD assisted another agency in remanding a 37-year-old man in the 5500 block of Aisek Street.

Conditions violation

• At 4:56 p.m. Wednesday, JPD arrested Jase Payne, 23, for a probation violation. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Domestic dispute

• At 9:28 p.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of vehicle theft in the Juneau area related to a domestic dispute. The vehicle was recovered. Alcohol was involved.

• At 10:16 p.m. Tuesday, a 42-year-old man reported his backpack with two laptops and two cell phones inside was stolen in the Juneau area. The incident is related to a domestic dispute. Alcohol was involved.

• At 12:38 a.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of a domestic violence assault in the Juneau area. Alcohol was involved. Investigation continues.

• At 10:31 p.m. Thursday, JPD arrested a 37-year-old man for violating a domestic violence protective order in the Juneau area. He was taken to LCCC and held without bail.

Drug activity

• At 8:04 a.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of drug activity in the Juneau area. Confidential investigation continues.

Fire and medical

• On Wednesday, Capital City Fire/Rescue responded to nine EMS calls, one transport call, one false fire alarm, one outdoor burn complaint, one call that was cancelled en route and one structure fire.

Search and rescue

• At 12:50 p.m. Wednesday, Alaska State Troopers received a report of an injured hiker on the Montana Creek Trail. A Temsco helicopter with CCFR medics arrived to stabilize a broken ankle and returned the hiker to Juneau.

Sexual assault

• At 2:18 p.m., JPD received a report of a sexual assault in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway. Alcohol was involved.

Theft

• At 12:19 p.m. Tuesday, a 28-year-old woman reported a theft from Greens Creek Mine in the 13400 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 3:20 p.m. Tuesday, a 53-year-old man reported a light blue Kona bicycle valued at approximately $565 was stolen from the 3800 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.

• At 4:24 p.m. Tuesday, a 52-year-old woman reported the theft of a white gold ring valued at approximately $700 in the 2200 block of Crow Hill Drive.

• At 8:32 p.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of a stolen iPhone from a backpack in the 300 block of Whittier Street. Investigation continues.

• At 9:17 a.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of fuel theft from a parked vehicle in the Harris Harbor parking lot in the 1200 block of Harbor Way. The fuel may have been stolen between April 21 to 24. The fuel is valued at approximately $50.

• At 8:54 p.m. Wednesday, a 31-year-old man reported the theft of a 150-piece ratchet tool set in a black case valued at approximately $120 in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.

Trespassing

• At 5:37 p.m. Wednesday, JPD cited and released Donald Frederick Allan, 55, for criminal trespassing on Egan Drive. Alcohol was involved.

Vandalism

• At 1:26 p.m. Tuesday, a 62-year-old man reported damage to property in the 5900 block of Mountain Avenue.

• At 9:26 p.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of vehicle vandalism on Douglas Highway. Investigation continues.

• At 9:39 p.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of vandalism and theft from a red Ford truck parked in the Fred Meyer parking lot in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway. Investigation continues.
