Assault

At 4:48 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD investigated a reported assault in the 900 block of Thane Road. Alcohol was a factor.

At 1:15 a.m. on Thursday, JPD responded to a report of an assault in the 9100 block of Riverwood Drive.

At 3:51 a.m. on Saturday, a 32-year-old woman was arrested for domestic violence-assault and resisting arrest and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

Burglary

At 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, a 41-year-old woman reported someone entered her house without permission in the 8200 block of Aspen Avenue.

Conditions violation

At 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD investigated a violation of conditions of release.

At 5:03 p.m. on Thursday, JPD responded to a possible violation of a protective order.

Death

At 6:33 a.m. on Friday, JPD investigated the death of a 62-year-old man in the 5800 block of Glacier Highway. The death is not considered suspicious and the next of kin has been notified.

Disturbance

At 1:37 a.m. on Saturday, 52-year-old Lynda Love Watts was arrested for criminal mischief in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Domestic dispute

At 5:31 p.m. on Thursday, JPD responded to an altercation between two women.

At 2:06 p.m. on Friday, JPD responded to an altercation between a 37-year-old woman and a 38-year-old man.

At 4:28 a.m. on Saturday, a 24-year-old woman reported a domestic altercation with a 21-year-old man.

Driving while intoxicated

At 12:24 a.m. on Thursday, 23-year-old Tanisha Anna Billy was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving with a revoked license and violating conditions of release in the 5400 block of Egan Drive and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

At 1:45 a.m. on Sunday, 27-year-old Alfredo Gomez was arrested for driving under the influence in the 900 block of Egan Drive and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Explosive device

At 11:27 a.m. on Friday, a training explosive was found and retrieved by JPD.

Fraud/forgery

At 4:11 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD investigated a report of fraudulent bank activity.

Harassment

At 10:47 a.m. on Friday, a 66-year-old woman reported being harassed by a man on Moraine Way.

At 7:32 a.m. on Saturday, JPD documented a harassment issue.

Indecent exposure

At 10:14 a.m. on Friday, JPD received a report of indecent exposure by an unknown man.

Lost/found

At 9:05 a.m. on Thursday, a tackle box was found in the 100 block of Marine Way.

At 4:01 p.m. on Friday, a wallet was found in the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive and turned into JPD for safekeeping.

At 7:20 p.m. on Saturday, a 27-year-old man turned in a firearm found in the 5900 block of Churchill Way.

Motor vehicle crash

At 11:51 a.m. on Thursday, a 60-year-old woman reported her vehicle was struck by another vehicle which left the scene on Shattuck Way.

At 10:09 p.m. on Saturday, JPD documented a car crash between two vehicles in the 4000 block of Riverside Drive. Alcohol was a factor.

Shoplifting

At 6:49 a.m. on Saturday, JPD investigated a report of shoplifting in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard.

Theft

At 12:09 p.m. on Wednesday, a 44-year-old man reported a theft in the 900 block of Thane Road.

At 7:53 a.m. on Thursday, JPD received a report of a gray bike stolen from the 1200 block of Ninth Street.

At 9 a.m. on Thursday, a 54-year-old reported the theft of cash.

At 5:42 p.m. on Thursday, JPD received a report of a theft from a business in the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive.

At 5 a.m. on Friday, a 36-year-old man reported a 45-year-old man attempted to steal his vehicle in the 2800 block of Riverside Drive.

Traffic stop

At 12:03 a.m. on Saturday, 26-year-old Joseph Toni Russell Torres was cited and released for driving without a valid license and violating conditions of release on the 2700 block of Egan Drive.

Trespassing

At 11:15 a.m. on Friday, 44-year-old Jeffrey Allen Wright was cited and released for criminal trespass on the 8700 block of Glacier Highway.

At 12:53 a.m. on Sunday, 38-year-old Tamara Lee Jones was arrested for criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and violating conditions of release on the 9000 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive.

Warrant arrest

At 3:59 p.m. on Friday, 31-year-old Ryan Jerome Bradshaw was arrested for an Alaska State Troopers warrant on the Glacier Highway Access Road.
