Attempt to Serve

At 4:08 p.m. on Tuesday, 44-year-old Ryan Wiley was arrested on Vintage Way on a $500 warrant for misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

At 8:50 p.m. on Tuesday, 32-year-old Paul Marks was arrested on Glacier Highway for violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

At 9:14 p.m. on Tuesday, 63-year-old Thomas Bell was arrested on Franklin Street on $150 in warrants for failure to appear on original charges of petition to revoke probation, trespass and interfering with an officer. He was taken to LCCC.

Disturbance

At 5:38 p.m. on Tuesday, 49-year-old Cedric Jones was arrested on Glacier Highway on a $50 warrant for failure to appear on a petition to revoke probation on an original charge of harassment and a no-bail warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving without a license.

Domestic Dispute

At 10:04 p.m. on Tuesday, a 37-year-old female reported criminal mischief by a 39-year-old male on St. Ann’s Avenue. Domestic violence was a factor.

Out With Subject or Situation

At 4:36 p.m. on Tuesday, 36-year-old Halee Parr was arrested on Mendenhall Loop Road on five $50 warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of trespass. She was taken to LCCC.

Vandalism or Graffiti

At 1:45 a.m. on Tuesday, 44-year-old James White was arrested on Postal Way on a $250 warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.
