Police calls for Thursday, Aug. 2, 2018

Assault

• At 1:09 p.m. Monday, the Juneau Police Department responded to the report of an assault in the Juneau area. It’s unknown whether the assault was domestic. Investigation continues.

Burglary

• At 2:21 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 700 block of Gold Street to investigate the report of a burglary in the downtown area. Investigation continues.

• At 8:56 a.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the 3000 block of Clinton Drive to investigate the report of a 51-year-old woman who reported her business was broken into.

• At 11:53 a.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the 500 block of Seater Street to investigate the report of a burglary. Investigation continues.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 9:38 a.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the 200 block of Third Street to investigate the report of a crash. No injuries were reported. Investigation continues.

Robbery

• At 5:51 a.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the 4500 block of Sawa Circle to investigate the report of a burglary. Investigation continues.

Theft

• At 12:23 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 400 block of Franklin Street to investigate the report of a stolen wallet.

• At 5:49 a.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the 5900 block of Pine Street to investigate the report of a stolen bicycle off Pine Street. Investigation continues.

• At 7:28 a.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the 200 block of Franklin Street to investigate the report of a theft. Investigation continues.

• At 10:09 a.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the 1200 block of Salmon Creek Lane to investigate the report of a theft. Investigation continues.

Trespassing

• At 1:28 p.m. Monday, JPD arrested Ricardo Linne Willard, 53, in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue for criminal trespass and assault. Willard was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and held on $1,000 bail.

Vehicle rifling

• At 10:27 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 4000 block of Douglas Highway to investigate the report of a 58-year-old woman who reported she caught an unknown woman in her vehicle. Items were missing from the vehicle. Investigation continues.

• At 8:04 a.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the 500 block of Willoughby Avenue to investigate the report of items being taken from a car. Investigation continues.
