Driving While Intoxicated
At 2:12 a.m. on Sunday, 25-year-old Yazmani Contreras Torres was arrested on Mendenhall Loop Road for driving while intoxicated. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and his vehicle was impounded.
