Death

• At 7:52 p.m. Wednesday, the Juneau Police Department responded to the 9300 block of Glacier Highway to investigate the death of an 82-year-old man. Circumstances are not considered suspicious. Next of kin has been notified.

Domestic violence

• At 12:01 Wednesday, JPD responded to the report of a 32-year-old woman who reported a 33-year-old man violated the terms his domestic violence protective order in the Juneau area.

Shoplifting

• At 10:40 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard to investigate the report of a 57-year-old man who reported a man had stolen alcohol from a business. Alcohol was a factor.

Theft

• At 7:04 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to the 3800 block of Mendenhall Loop Road to investigate the report of a 42-year-old man who reported the battery (valued at an estimated $100) on his Ford F250 was stolen.
