Attempt to Serve

At 2:49 a.m. on Monday, 48-year-old Keoki Cunningham was arrested on a no-bail Alaska State Troopers warrant on Eastaugh Way. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

At 9:16 p.m. on Monday, 29-year-old Bradley Wilson Wright was arrested on a $250 Juneau Police Department warrant on Glacier Highway. He was taken to LCCC.

Disturbance

At 1:49 a.m. on Monday, 31-year-old Monte Skon Nix was arrested for assault and criminal trespass on Trout Street. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Forgery, Fraud, Counterfeit, NSF

At 3:02 p.m. on Monday, a 58-year-old male reported somebody attempted to cash a stolen check on Seward Street.

Motor Vehicle Pursuit

At about 11:20 a.m. on Monday, Alaska State Troopers attempted to stop a 2001 red Dodge Durango for speeding. The vehicle failed to yield when emergency lights and sirens were activated. The driver operated the vehicle in a reckless manner almost causing multiple accidents. The pursuit was suspended for the safety of the public. Anyone with knowledge of the vehicles whereabouts or information regarding the incident is asked to call AST at (907) 465-4000.

Traffic Complaint

At 5:34 p.m. on Monday, 63-year-old David Allen Skrzynski was cited and released for driving while licensed revoked on Egan Drive. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Traffic Stop

At 10:44 p.m. on Monday, 56-year-old Ronald Rayburn Wheat was arrested on an outstanding $100 JPD warrant on Riverside Drive. He was taken to LCCC.

Trespassing

At 1:18 p.m. on Monday, a 31-year-old male reported a trespassing issue at a facility on Teal Street.

At 2:34 p.m. on Monday, 40-year-old Shamar Ferguson was cited and released on Mendenhall Mall Road for trespass and violating conditions of release.

Traffic Stop

At 12:23 a.m. on Monday, 52-year-old John Dewayne Washington was cited and released for driving with a suspended or revoked license on Mendenhall Loop Road. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.
