Conditions violation

At 12:27 p.m. on Tuesday, Juneau Police Department made a case for a conditions violation on the 4400 block of Columbia Boulevard.

Driving while intoxicated

At 10:26 a.m. on Wednesday, 58-year-old Bernard Benjamin Roguszka was arrested for driving under the influence on the 4400 block of Mint Way and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor. The car Roguszka was driving was impounded.

Shoplifting

At 6:13 p.m. on Tuesday, 26-year-old Joseph Toni Russell Torress was arrested for larceny and additionally charged with violating conditions of released and for two outstanding JPD warrants on the 8100 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC.

Theft

At 2:20 p.m. on Tuesday, a 55-year-old woman reported a theft.

Trespassing

At 4:24 p.m. on Tuesday, 59-year-old Priscilla Nancy Brown was cited and released for criminal trespass on the 9100 block of Glacier Highway.
