Great Alaska Toy Drive starts this weekend

This year’s Great Alaskan Toy Drive, sponsored by the Alaska Army National Guard, starts Nov. 25 and will run until Dec. 20.

Donation locations are: Alaskan Outdoor Warehouse, Juneau’s Imagination Station, Balloons by Night Moods, Les Schwab, City Center Chiropractic, Lyle’s &Jensen’s Home Furnishings, Robin Lonas State Farm Insurance Agent, and McDonald’s.

This year the toys will be going to Aiding Women in Abuse and Rape Emergencies (AWARE), the Office of Children’s Services, St. Vincent de Paul, Johnson Youth Center, and Helping Hands.
