Community Health Forum thanks community

Cancer Connection’s annual Health Forum was held on Nov. 9. This educational, wellness community event was a huge success, thanks to volunteers, exhibitors, sponsors, supporters and all who attended.

Thank you to our guest speaker, Dr. Eugene Huang, of Southeast Radiation Oncology Center, whose topic “The Future of Cancer Treatment-Innovations in Therapies and Care, was very interesting and informative.

Thank you to our co-sponsors: Southeast Radiation Oncology Center, Bartlett Regional Hospital and the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services.

We thank our supporters: Coppa, Hangar on the Wharf, PEO Chapter D, and Rainbow Foods for help with set up, take down and refreshments.
