The staff and families of Riverbend Elementary School would like to thank the following scientists and organizations for their dedication to science education for all. Riverbend enjoyed a science rich night Feb. 18. Thank you to Rich Mattson and his helpers from DIPAC, Corey Fugate and NOAA, Shawn Eisele and Discovery Southeast, Abby Lowell and Alaska Department of Fish and Game, the Thunder Mountain High School science students Adriana Northcutt and Topaz Shryock, University of Alaska Southeast Alaska professor Chip McMillan, Karen Goodell and LEAP, and Kelly Cates and the University of Alaska School of Fisheries.
