• On May 7, Alana Belle Thomas, a daughter, weighing 5 pounds, 9 ounces, was born to Teresa Jeans and Tyler Thomas of Haines.

• On May 5, Natalie Elizabeth Baines, a daughter, weighing 7 pounds, 10 ounces, was born to Abagale and Daniel Baines of Juneau.

• On May 4, Callahan Edward Shanley, a son, weighing 7 pounds, 13 ounces, was born to Bonnie and Edward Shanley of Juneau.
