Jim Merculief, 54, is now the proud owner of his very own condo after paying off his mortgage. After moving out on his own, he started making payments on his condo for the past 15 years. He doesn’t let his disabilities slow him down, working not one but two different jobs throughout the week, one with World Wide Mover and the other with REACH custodial. He volunteers in REACH’s community garden plot and participates in the Special Olympics.
