Helping Hands would like to thank the community for all the support they have provided for our organization this past year.
Safeway has generously offered to sell pre-made holiday bags containing a variety of food items for Helping Hands. During your shopping at Safeway, merely pick up a $10 bag of groceries and pay for it at the check out. The checker will make sure it gets donated to us.
It is so simple and yet has such a powerful impact on assisting the families in need throughout the community, and especially during the holiday season.
We could use some hams and turkeys for the Christmas bags and we are looking for some volunteers to wrap gifts for the Christmas holiday. If you can help us out call 907-957-6632.
