Elgee Rehfeld Mertz, LLC promotes three staff members

Juneau CPA firm Elgee Rehfeld Mertz, LLC announced three promotions among its staff: Mark Mesdag, CPA, and Sarah Griffith, CPA and CISA, are the newest partners of the firm; Theresa Harris, CPA, has become manager.

All three were born in Alaska and are deeply involved with the local community through service and professional organizations.

Mesdag serves on the board of United Way of Southeast Alaska, where he is co-chairman for this year’s United Way Campaign.

Griffith worked at Elgee Rehfeld Mertz as an intern in 2003 and began working full time as an auditor in 2005. She obtained her CPA credential in 2008 and her CISA credential in 2009.

Harris joined Elgee Rehfeld Mertz in 2009. She is also an alumna of the Alaska Society of CPAs Leadership Academy.
