Assault

At 2:41 p.m. on Monday, a 63-year-old man reported he was assaulted in the 5900 block of Churchill Way.

Conditions violation

At 5:44 p.m. on Monday, a 56-year-old woman reported possible violation of a domestic violence protective order.

Disabled vehicle

At 3:07 p.m. on Monday, a 1997 Ford on Vanderbilt Hill Road was impounded.

Driving while intoxicated

At 12:05 p.m. on Monday, 64-year-old Kenneth Wendell Kitka was arrested for driving while intoxicated and multiple misconduct involving controlled substances charges on Egan Drive and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. The vehicle he was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.

Motor vehicle crash

At 4:49 p.m. on Monday, JPD responded to a motor vehicle crash on the 300 block of Franklin Street. No injuries were reported.

Theft

At 6:45 a.m. on Tuesday, a 59-year-old man reported a Honda generator stolen from the 8500 block of Rainbow Row.

Traffic stop

At 8:59 p.m. on Monday, 55-year-old Serapio Garcia was cited and released for driving without a valid license in the 1700 block of Douglas Highway.

Trespassing

At 3:44 p.m. on Monday, 32-year-old Vance Richard Webster III was arrested for criminal trespassing and violating conditions of release in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC.

At 12:37 a.m. on Tuesday, 34-year-old Taylor Hudson Cope was arrested for criminal trespass, criminal mischief and violating conditions of release in the 9400 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC.

At 10:58 a.m. on Tuesday, 31-year-old Zhenya Luke Heller was cited and released for criminal trespass in the 8700 block of Glacier Highway.

Warrant arrest

At 10:55 a.m. on Tuesday, 61-year-old Thomas Melvin Bell was arrested for JPD warrants in the 100 block of Franklin Street and taken to LCCC.
